No special hardware or software needed regular hourly consulting rates apply for support time.  Remote access service saves you on mileage and travel time fees! (time can not be carried forward to the next month. High speed internet connection and email access to serviced computer is required (web based email like yahoo or google will work) User must be present to give permission to computer. User intervention may also be required to load CD and provide user information for software or hardware).
